Hey guys! In this post, we’re going to continue to brainstorm ideas for my documentary. Today, I’m going to be focusing on creating an outline for my social media page. This outline will be similar to the brand identity project that we did in the beginning of the year. Also, another reason why I wanted to do this post is because during our group meeting my fellow classmates gave me some ideas on how I should brand my documentary.
Social media choice:
Instagram-
The reason why I chose Instagram as my social media platform is to create a larger target audience and build a stronger community for my documentary. Instagram is one of the most popular and largest platform that targets my demographic (Sumra, 2025). My demographic ranges from about 16-29 (Sumra, 2025). However, It is viewable and appropriate for younger audiences.
Physique- I want my social media page to be well put together always professional and very colorful. This is mainly to give an inviting and welcoming feel when people view this page.
Relationship- I want to develop a strong emotional connection with my audience through my brand identity as it will attract my target audience and build a true relationship through the development of the social media posts.
Culture - Very understanding and considerate of other peoples cultures, showing kindness and acceptance of others, promoting peace, love and unity.
Self-image- determined, positive energy, creative and expressive through media presence.
